Jotun custom designed a robotic deburring machine for an Italian company, which is a top brand in the field of industrial transmission system manufacturing. The machine is designed for deburring cast iron parts. We completed the order for two machines within two months, and the customer was very satisfied after on-site inspection and testing.

The Jotun team provided comprehensive training to their electrical and mechanical engineers, offering specialized courses covering mechanical components, electrical systems, programming, grinding processes, and automated robotic deburring systems. After two weeks, the customer had acquired the necessary knowledge and skills to increase production efficiency and ensure high-precision operations in the future.
