How to grind long seam welding?
We designed grinding machine for Turkish customer who find solution for stainless steel tank inner and outer long seam welding .
Customer product is in below photo. longitudinal seam of stainless steel tank surface. Customer want to grind welds seam directly after
welding.we designed double belt grinding machine with vertical type, it can grind welds seam from inner and external welds in same time.
High grinding job efficiency than by hand,it can grind 900mm length one minutes. customer welds height is 2000mm, so it can finish job
with 2.5minutes.
